Self Collect

• Self collect is available at our shop.
• Please contact us for confirmed ur order.
• Appointment time available on 2pm to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

For Mobile

• Please take note that we don't have ready stock with us, so there are no test & view set here.
• If deposit received on 12pm, the product will be available for collect sameday on 7pm. Please be patient, we will contact you when the product is available for collect.
• Deposit will be needed for ordering product and to prevent non-serious buyer.
• Please collect your product within 3 days after the product arrived, or else we will consider to re-sell it. Please do inform us once you can not make it on time, so that both of us can discuss and come out a solution.

For Watch

• Please confirm the model before you come to our shop, because some may out of stock on that period and also easy for us to book the watch for you.
• No display unit for views at our store.

Courier Services

• Other than that it will be shipped by using POSLAJU with traceable service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time.

• Shipping charges will be bear by buyer. Here's the rates : POSLAJU RM6 for Penisular RM12 for Sabah & Sarawak.

• Tracking number will be provided for your easy delivery tracking..

• Parcel will be ship out next day after the payment received.

• Shipping is available from Monday to Friday except public Holidays.

• Parcel will take 1-2 working days for Penisular, 2-3 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. For Kedah and Kelantan, postage service are not available on Friday and Saturday.

• Do contact us if your item not received after over the delivering days.

• Any SMS, e-mail chasing for delivery status would not be entertained besides after over the delivering days.

• Before accepting the parcel from courier services, please ensure that the parcel is in a good condition and no broken package. If parcels are not properly sealed before received, do call us on that time or buyers can ask them to return the goods to us.

• Lost or stolen parcel will not be responsible but we will provide the shipment detail to assist buyer.

• If the parcel is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance.

• Delivery delay due to the incorrect address, public holiday, and unable to locate the address are beyond our control.

• Combine shipping is allowed. shipping fee will be re-calculated.

• Buyer have to pay shipping fee for resend item if the parcel return.

• ATTENTION there are FREE POSTAGE for all watches product.
