Terms and Conditions

Please read through carefully and fully understand the Terms & Conditions and check each of the product details or email us if there are any enquiries BEFORE making any purchases. We shall not accept any changes or make any refund once the items has been ordered or purchased.

All purchases from us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of purchase, which may be updated from time to time, prior without notice.

• All items and pricing displayed on GneX Online Store will be updated from time to time and as often to ensure that all our customers will get the updated product details and pricing.
• You are understood and agreed that Gnex Online Store's liability is limited solely to the selling price of the items purchased.
• All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia.
• All items that sold are not return or refundable.
• Buyer must make the payment within 3 days after placing a order. For any inconveniences, the buyer shall contact us for the further payment date so that we can consider whether to resell, reserve the items or re-arrange for the next batch of new order stock to be arrived. Else, the deal shall be cancelled and the item shall be released without prior notice.
• Due to the monitor color saturation or camera setting, the color of the actual item may be varied slightly. Some of the pictures or photos shown are only for reference.
• Our working days are 5 days a week and will inform buyers in advance if we do have any off days. During working hours, we will reply all of your enquiries. So if you do not receive any reply from us within 24 to 48 hours, please send your email again. It might due to internet connection problem in our area or caused by any technical errors.

Specific Terms & Condition for Mobile & Accessories

1. Warranty Period.

• 1 year nation wide warranty for all original set.
• 18 months for Nokia and SonyEricsson AP set together with 12 months LCD warranty.
• 1 year for HTC Android AP set.
• 15 months for HTC Windows AP set.
• 2 years for all HTC original set.
• 1 year for BlackBerry AP set.
• 18 months for BlackBerry original set.

2. Accesories and color of the product is depend on the set, please contact us for more detail.

3. Certain amount of deposit will be needed for COD or self collect at our shop.

4. We are only offer for making order then collect at our shop or COD or Pos. If the order and deposit received before 12pm, the product will be available for collect on sameday after 7pm.

5. Please take note that we can not confirm the stock arrived on sameday if the deposit received after 12pm.

6. There are no ready stock for viewing or testing. Maybe you can search for more detail on youtube and gsmarena.
7. All the detail that post on our listing is just for reference, some info like battery time or accesories is depent on situation.

8. Product must be collected within 3 days after the stock arrived, or else we will be consider to resell it and deposit is non-refundable. Please do inform us once you can not make it on time, so that both of us can discuss and come out a solution.

9. Deposit will be refund once we failed to order the product as customer request.

10. All postage product will pack safely before sent out. Tracking will be provided once the parcel been shipped. Any defect or missing parcel will be bear by buyer. Further assistance will be provided to help our customer on the problem.

11. Estimate all Item will be reach in 1-2 working days for penisular, 2-3 working days for Sabah and Sarawak. For Kedah and Kelantan, postage service are no available on Friday and Saturday. If customer doesn't received the parcel after the estimate time, please kindly contact us for further assistance.

12. All Used items are tested properly and come together with 7 days Warranty except LCD damage.

Specific Terms & Condition for Watches

1. All watches we offer is original comes with box, warranty card and user manual.

2. Warranty Period is 1 year from distributor.
