Information for AP Warranty Process :
- Customer can send back to us. We will help pass to our AP distributor for warranty.
- Some can be claimed direct to AP Distributor Service Center [ Depend on the AP Distributor or location ].
- The warranty's proccessing period is about 3 weeks to 3 months or more, depend on the problem.
- NO actual date will be given, until AP Distributor inform the set is ready.
- We need your understanding, that chasing call, sms or email won't do any good on the warranty process.
- Customer can request for an update about their warranty 1 time a week, and we will help check & reply.
- After the set is back to us, it will take another 1-3 working days for test & check before inform customer for pickup or ship.
- No surcharge will apply for warranty service, except some part already over warranty & customer agree to pay for the repair.
- Return shipping is free for out station warranty customer.
Information for Original Warranty Process :
- Customer can send direct to nearest distributor's service centre.
- They will issue a report slip as a reference when customer collect their set.
- NO actual date will be given, until service center inform the set is ready for collect.
- Customer can request for an update about their warranty status by calling the service center with the report number.
- No surcharge will apply for warranty service.

Warranty Policy for CASIO watches product
THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
Should this watch malfunction under normal use, it will be repaired without charge for a period of one year from the date of purchased.
If the watch requires service within the warranty period, request repair of adjustment at the store where purchased or the distributor stamped in the warranty certificate, presenting the watch together with this warranty certificate.
The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if :
- The trouble is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
- The trouble is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.
- The trouble is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by other than distributor or its retailers.
- The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn.
- This warranty certificate is not presented when requesting service.
- The name and address of the distributor or the retailer are not stamped in the warranty certificate.
- The date of purchase and model/name are not entered in the warranty certificate.

- All 3rd Party Charger & Battery that come with this badge will have 1 month Limited Warranty
- Customer need to send/ship it back to us.
- If it is cause by manufacturing defect, we will issues a new replace set.
- Return shipping is free for out station warranty customer.
Non Branded Case & Pouch :

- All case & pouch that come with this badge will have 1 day Replace Warranty.
- It's only available on the day customer receive their case/pouch.
- It cover's : loose/can not fit model devices, break, wear or tear through the shipping process, manufacturing defect [ Depend on the situation ]
- Please email us the photo that shows the defect. [ If cause by shipping, please mail us the photo of the parcel. ]
- After indentify it is a defect, we will issues a replacement for the customer.
Other Mobile Accessories :
- For other mobile accessories, it will be mention on the product specification.
- If no warranty mention on the product detail, means the are no warranty available for that specify product.
